Policies at Cerdia
Our policies underpin our approach to sustainable business.
Over many years we have developed standards and policies to help us manage a wide range of issues. Below we summarize our most important policies.
Certification Overview
Our commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement is reflected in the internationally recognized ISO certifications we uphold. These standards provide a robust framework that guides our processes, ensures consistency in our operations, and demonstrates our dedication to meeting the highest global benchmarks.
By maintaining certifications, we not only strengthen internal performance but also build trust with our customers, partners, and stakeholders. Our certifications are more than credentials - they are a testament to our ongoing pursuit of excellence and responsible business practices.
A recognition for our efforts in sustainability
The award demonstrates the awareness and respect our company has for sustainability, business ethics, the environment, labor and human rights, and sustainable procurement.
We achieved the Silver Medal in the annual EcoVadis assessment of corporate social responsibility in 2024. Cerdia scored overall in the top 15% of all companies evaluated by EcoVadis in the manufacture of man-made fibers industry.
Cerdia endorses the UN Global Compact
As of July 2024, Cerdia is happy to announce its support of the UN Global Compact (UNGC), a voluntary initiative to drive sustainable development. We are proud to work together with other members of UNGC, companies, public actors and academia, in supporting the adoption of the 10 principles of the Compact and implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Together with more than 25,500 participants across 167 countries, UNGC is the largest network that aims to make the world a better place.
