Before joining Cerdia, Jens Ebinghaus held various leadership positions at GCP Applied Technologies and at W.R Grace, both leading specialty chemical companies. He served in multiple General Manager & Vice President positions in Europe and as Chief Financial Offer & Chief Operating Officer in Boston, MA, USA.Jens Ebinghaus held also several leadership positions at both Colfax Cooperation and Hydro Aluminium. He was the Senior Vice President and General Manager for EMEA & Asia at Colfax Fluid Handling and held leadership positions at Hydro Aluminium in Supply Chain, Lean Manufacturing & Quality, Sales & Marketing and Finance.
Jens Ebinghaus graduated from the University of Aachen, Germany and holds a Diploma in Management from the Open University, UK.

Marco Plattner brings extensive professional experience in various international Finance roles.
Before joining Cerdia, he was heading the Group Accounting and Financial Reporting Group function at Bühler before joining Archroma as Group Head of Finance.
He started his career in Ernst & Young where he also lived and worked in Mumbai.
Marco Plattner holds an MBA from the IMD Lausanne, a Bachelor of Finance from the FHNW Switzerland and a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) from the Swiss Accounting Academy.

Global Head of of Manufacturing since 2011
Holger Twrdy started his professional career as project and then production manager at P&G. In 2001 he successfully joined former Global Business Unit Rhodia Acetow in Freiburg, Germany, as maintenance manager. Before he was appointed Director Manufacturing in 2011, Holger Twrdy has successfully taken on various responsibilities in operational management at Freiburg plant and has served as General Manager of Sertow plant.
Holger Twrdy holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technical University of Darmstadt.

Global Head of Sustainability and R&D since January 2022
Maria Viloria joined the company in 2003 as Process Engineer in the former Business Unit Rhodia Acetow in Venezuela. Before being appointed Global Head of Sustainability and R&D, Maria held various positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of Quality, Production and Industrial Operations within different locations at Cerdia. She served as Operations Manager at the plant in Santo André, Brazil, before assuming the role of Global QHSE Lead at Cerdia based in Freiburg, Germany in 2018, prior to her appointment as Head of Global QHSE and R&D in 2020.
Maria holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Carabobo, Venezuela, and a MBA in Industrial Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas in Brazil.

Vincent Heckel joined Rhône-Poulenc in 1985 as Sales Manager, following several positions in Norway, Hungary and Hong Kong. In 2000, Vincent Heckel joined former Global Business Unit Rhodia Acetow as Purchasing Manager of Strategic Raw Materials and Global Key Account Manager as of 2005. Before he was appointed Director Sales, he served as Global Key Account Manager in Solvay Engineering Plastics from 2014 until 2016.
Vincent Heckel holds an International Business Administration degree from EDHEC Lille.

Marc-Steffen Muche started his professional career as Plant Manager of the Sulfur Dyes site at Dystar in Frankfurt. In 2008 he assumed the role of Site Manager and Head of Operations at DyStar Japan while simultaneously worked as Global Head of Process Development at Dystar Textilfarben in Leverkusen, Germany. In 2011, he joined Clariant International in Switzerland, where he assumed several management positions of increasing responsibility, as Head of Procurement in the Business Unit Pigments and Procurement Director/Senior Category Manager in Fine Chemicals. Prior to joining Cerdia, Marc-Steffen held the position of Director Global Procurement Colors & Effects at SunChemicals - BASF Colors & Effects in Ludwigshafen in Germany.
Marc-Steffen holds a degree in Chemistry from the Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt and a PhD in Chemistry from the Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe University and the University of Geneva.
