Training & 
Development

Our global Learning Management System enables easy access to a broad variety of trainings for our associates. 

The development of our Leaders and Talents are an important part of our People Strategy.

Our Leadership Development Program

We believe that a good leadership style has a long-term and sustainable effect on our success. 

To support our leaders and in ensuring excellent Leadership behavior at all levels, we offer a modular leadership development program.

Our Next Generation Development Program

An important part of our People Strategy is the internal and further development of our younger employees. 

Our "Next Generation Development Program" supports employees to develop into a leadership or expert role and provides insights into different business areas. As part of the program, the participants work on "real life" projects to practice and improve project management skills.

Apprenticeship Program and Training Center

For over 80 years we have provided education in our own well-equipped and modern training center in Freiburg, Germany, which is run by full-time dedicated trainers. 

We believe that knowledge and learnt skills need to be practiced to develop and to improve. In conjunction with the production plant and maintenance workshop at the Freiburg site, we offer very practical training environment of the highest quality standard for a variety of professions.

Dual Study Program (DHBW)

We offer the opportunity to complete a dual study program.

We place great value to versatile and high-quality education. As a trainee, you will benefit from an international working environment, qualified trainers, a good working atmosphere and a range of employee benefits.
