Payment to Shareholders
Payment of $80 million to shareholders was made in October 2025. This payment is backed by a robust financial position and was carried out in compliance with the applicable covenants (including under the Notes), and other applicable corporate and legal requirements. The cash position after the payments remains strong with $ 35 million on the balance sheet.
